Return Policy
A Five-day replacement guarantee for items damaged and or with material defects.
All returns MUST notify FallenWarriorsCards.com within five days from date of original receipt and request a return
authorization. All returns must be received by FallenWarriorsCards within fifteen days from date of receipt. If a
product arrives damaged or contains any material defects, please contact us so we may arrange an immediate
replacement. Please send all return inquiries to fallenwarriors1@cox.net. Upon receipt of the returned item and
verification of the material defect and or damage, the item will be replaced at no cost. Any material damage or defect
to the outer tin must be returned without the inner decks (packages) being opened. Shipping and handling fees are
non refundable.
All returns must be in the original packaging and shipped at your expense. Insure your package for the full value of
the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. The return shipping address will be
included within the return authorization email you receive. No returns are accepted after 15 days from date of original
receipt date. There is a strict one replacement per customer policy. No repeated replacements are available.
**You must provide a tracking numbers for all retruns, as Fallen Warriors Cards will not provide replacements for lost
or stolen returns.** Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
